COLOMBIAN CHOCOLATE RECIPE AND STEP BY STEP METHOD OF PREPARATION

COLOMBIAN CHOCOLATE
1 package (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate pieces 

1 cup Strong Coffee 

1 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch salt

6 cups milk

½ teaspoon vanilla

In large saucepan, heat hocolate pieces, coffee, cinnamon and salt over medium heat, 

Stirring until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. 

Add milk; heat through, stirring occasionally, but do not boil. 

Stir in vanilla. Just before serving, beat with rotary beater until foamy.

10 SERVINGS (about ⅔ cup each).
